Smalley’s return to Kiefer “marks a significant moment,” the company said in the news release, “as she brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in project management.”
In addition, Kiefer said, “she is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and holds several Microsoft certifications, making her exceptionally well-suited for leading large technology projects. Lauren’s dedication and technical acumen are invaluable assets to our team, especially in navigating complex projects with strategic finesse.”
Smalley is an alumna of Cuesta College and California State University, Sacramento, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in political science and government.
