Chao and his family live in Loomis. He has a degree in electrical engineering and a master’s of business administration in finance from the University of California, Davis.
Outside of work, Chao spends time working the land of their family Christmas tree farm, whitewater kayaking, cycling, golf, youth sports and appreciating IPAs.
