The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Immunization Branch (IZB) is requesting consulting services to implement a new Immunization Information System (CAIR 2.0).  The awarded Bidder shall consolidate the seven (7) regional immunization registries into a single registry (CAIR 2.0), establish interoperable connectivity between CAIR 2.0 and three other regional registries, and to modify and install the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR) software as the single consolidated CAIR 2.0 (State hub) for the State of California.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Services

Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation

The SOW defines the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) activities of the Software, Applications and Products (SAP) Supply Chain Management (SCM)/Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)/Materials Management (MM) Agreement for the Business Information System (BIS) Project within CDCR.

The Contractor shall provide Managed EDI Services (MES). The Contractor shall provide senior expert technical and professional implementation services and training in EDI components to CDCR’s staff. Training and knowledge transfer will extend the functionality and usability of the Department’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) 2005 SAP production system. The Contractor shall be the EDI Subject Matter Expert (SME) and shall provide system analysis and a partnership with the EDI Project Manager (EPM) to ensure the successful implementation of an efficient and effective EDI Solution, including SAP system integration and interfaces. The Contractor shall act as leader in the development, implementation and adherence to EDI processes that will ensure long-term viability of CDCR’s EDI system and business processes.
