The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), Immunization Branch (IZB) is requesting consulting services to implement a new Immunization Information System (CAIR 2.0).
The awarded Bidder shall consolidate the seven (7) regional immunization registries into a single registry (CAIR 2.0), establish interoperable connectivity between CAIR 2.0 and three other
regional registries, and to modify and install the Wisconsin Immunization Registry (WIR) software as the single consolidated CAIR 2.0 (State hub) for the State of California.

Enterprise Storage Solution

California State University, Sacramento (CSUS) operates a state-of-the-art Data Center on site, providing support for all campus enterprise and departmental systems. The Data Center architecture is heavily dependent upon VMware servers for processing power and currently on a NetApp 6080 HA cluster appliance for enterprise-class storage. The current storage system provides over 990 TB of storage space to our various systems. CSUS is seeking proposals to replace or upgrade the controllers for the storage system to meet our needs for the next three to five years. The response should specify both the proposed hardware solution and the services proposed to migrate or upgrade from our current solution. This Request for Proposal is for vendors who can provide an Enterprise Storage System that meets the requirements.

CalSTRS is embarking on an effort to replace its legacy pension administration system, START. START is the custom-built pension administration system that CalSTRS currently uses to manage and administer the State Teachers’ Retirement Plan for employers,
members, participants and their beneficiaries. Its functions include, but are not limited to, contribution reporting and collections, crediting service, member demographic information maintenance, service credit purchases, benefit application processing, benefit calculation, benefit payroll, third party deductions and disbursements, tax reporting, receivables and collections, correspondence and statement generation, and event tracking. In addition, the system supplies extracted data to a data mart that is used for actuarial purposes.
