The State Board of Equalization (BOE) has redesigned its website www.boe.ca.gov in order to better help its customers complete their tasks, according to a BOE press release.
"We listened to our customers and have designed this new website to fit their needs," said Executive Director Cynthia Bridges in the announcement. "Our website offers our customers a convenient way to log in, easily access their accounts, and stay up-to-date on important tax information, improving their online experience."
The BOE website allows customers to file a return, make payments and find tax and fee payer resources.
The new layout shows three main sections on the home page: Popular Topics, which contains links for recent tax rates and registration information; How Do I&hellip, with instructions on registering for permits and business information; and Business Center, which contains information intended for business owners.
The home page also contains an online log-in button, interactive news links and social media connections.
