California State University East Bay (CSUEB) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Computer Maintenance Management System for Maintenance Staff who receive approximately ninety (90) work request daily. CSUEB is seeking proposals for software that will support the following activities:
• Manage current assets
• Work orders (entered campus requestors and assigned Facility staff)
• Scheduled maintenance
• Key inventory
• Equipment inventory and maintenance
• Part inventory
• Provide reports meaningful to management
