Technology sales and management executive Louie Meletlidis has been named director of cloud business strategy and alliances for CBTS.
Meletlidis, a Roseville resident, will serve state and local government and education.
“I look forward to growing the unique CBTS services business including a deeper focus on the California SLED industry,” he said in a LinkedIn post announcing his new position.
Meletlidis, who has more than 20 years’ experience in the tech industry, has held various sales, management and executive roles with companies including Reltio, IBM, Dell EMC, ScreenBeam, VMware, Microsoft and Veritas Technologies. His roles have focused primarily on SLED, health care and higher education.
“I am excited to be part of this dynamic team and look forward to contributing my skills and experience to help drive the company’s growth,” he wrote in the post. “As part of my new role, I will be working closely with my Microsoft friends to strengthen our partnership and explore new opportunities for collaboration. I am eager to build on our existing relationship and take it to the next level.

Meletlidis is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in information technology. He has more than two dozen professional credentials and certifications.
Off the job, Meletlidis is active as a volunteer, including with the Sacramento Men’s Support Group, and is group owner of Nextdoor Autism & Special Needs Group.
