The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) has issued a request for quotation for maintenance, calibration, inspection and repair services on the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system at the California State Prison, Solano water treatment plant.

The performance period for this agreement will extend from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2027, and the initial agreement may not exceed $180,000, according to RFQ documents. “If it is determined to be in the best interest of the CDCR, the resulting Agreement may be amended to lengthen the term and/or increase the funding consistent with the original Scope of Services,” documents note.

The solicitation, released March 21, specifies that interested vendors must participate in a mandatory walk-through of the facility before submitting a quote package. Walk-throughs must be arranged through Martha Gallegos and Billy Ray Butler before April 5.

The deadline to submit a bid package is 2 p.m. May 7. The point of contact for this RFQ is Ashley Koewler.
