Coders Compete in Two-Day Hackathon in Sacramento, but Secrecy Prevails in Competition

Coders compete in two-day hackathon in Sacramento, but secrecy prevails in competition.

The AngelHack Global Hackathon came to Sacramento over weekend. The winners of the two-day event will have a chance to be a part of AngelHack’s HACKcelerator program, which would connect them with other hackers, thought-leaders and entrepreneurs to help them further their ideas. Sacramento’s Hackathon was held at Urban Hive downtown. Participants said they were excited to compete because of the experience with building applications, learning new tools and using new APIs. They also declined to speak in-depth about the projects they were working on — it was a competition, after all.
