Cyber Firm Armis Taps Nepomuceno as SLED Account Exec

Ivan Nepomuceno brings more than two decades of sales and account experience to the cyber exposure management and security company.

Ivan Nepomuceno has joined the cyber exposure management and security company Armis as its newest West Coast strategic account executive.

Nepomuceno has been in the California SLED sales space for more than 20 years and was most recently an account executive with AI-based observability platform Dynatrace. Prior to his work there, he held various sales and account roles with GitLab, MuleSoft and Ivanti, among others.

"I was particularly drawn to Armis, a recognized Gartner MQ Leader, due to its continuous advancements in scaling and strengthening its cybersecurity platform to support diverse customer use cases," Nepomuceno said in an email to Industry Insider. "A prime example of this commitment is their recent acquisition of OTORIO, a Gartner MQ Challenger, which further enhances their ability to safeguard IoT and OT environments."

"Furthermore, Armis is deeply committed to collaborating with the public sector, evidenced by their recent hires of former state CISOs, who will undoubtedly contribute to the success of our customers," he added.

Armis’ list of clients includes several large public and private organizations, such as the Hillsborough County, Fla., Sheriff’s Office; Henry County, Ga.; and Jonesboro, Ark.; among others.

Nepomuceno holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from San Diego State University.
