The California Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) is seeking “an energetic, self-motivated, creative problem-solver with attention to detail” to serve as manager (IT Manager I) of the Systems Administration 2 (SA2) Section within DCSS’ Technology Services Division (TSD).
“The ITM I manages staff participation in and oversight of systems engineering services in support of identity management, storage, system architecture, systems administration, systems integration and virtualization,” the job posting says.
The responsibilities and functions of the position include supervisory (35 percent), business services (20 percent), systems administration (15 percent), reporting and analysis (15 percent), training (10 percent), and participating in teams and workgroups and making presentations to other entities (5 percent).
