The Department of Consumer Affairs has issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to select a contractor to work cooperatively with the department’s Office of Professional Examination Services (OPES) and its regulatory entities to implement and administer an examination program for Computer Based Testing. This IFB shall be awarded as a CBT Services Contract, with each regulatory entity writing individual contracts called “Release Orders” against the CBT Services Contract identifying itw own unique service requirements. The contract shall be valid for three (3) years with the State’s right to extend for an additional two (2) two (2) year extensions. **Please be advised that the Bid Duration (End Date and Time) for this bid is NOT the due date for Final Bids.
