DGS Seeks Bids for Financial eDiscovery Solution

The California Department of General Services is looking for a vendor to provide a solution for the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation.

The California Department of General Services is requesting quotes for the one-time acquisition of unlimited licenses for an eDiscovery solution for the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation.

DFPI regulates and oversees the operations of state-licensed banks, credit unions, securities brokers, and other financial services, according to its website.

The solution will be used to “review, analyze, and produce electronically stored information (ESI) in support of the litigation process,” according to the RFQ. The contract will be for a one-year term, with an option to extend it for a second year. Awards of this contract will be made on an “all-or-none” basis.

Questions regarding this RFQ should be submitted by 2 p.m. April 11 and final bids are due by 2 p.m. April 18. The points of contact for this RFQ are John Dickinson and Wei Peach.
