The incumbent (IT Supervisor II) is responsible for “the effective implementation and maintenance of the BI operations to complete all requests from customers in a timely manner, and ensure all customer needs are fulfilled, within agreed upon schedules, service level agreements, and Information Technology Branch (ITB) standards,” the job posting says.
