From Jan. 1 through March 31, OSI’s five most expensive purchases of IT goods included subscription services, maintenance and operation costs, and consulting, including business intelligence and management services. These five purchases, found in the state’s State Contract and Procurement Registration System (SCPRS), total roughly $5,388,300 and include:
- $3,981,620 for IBM Curam Business and Intelligence and Analytics, an annual subscription and support service that started Feb. 28. It was sold through Allied Network Solutions under a Software Licensing Program (SLP) contract.
- $570,640 for IBM CICS Transaction Gateway Processor Value Unit one-year software subscription and support, a transaction that started Feb. 15. It was sold through Allied Network Solutions under an SLP.
- $337,840 for SAP enterprise maintenance and support for on-prem software, in a contract that started Feb. 16. It was sold through Allied Network Solutions on a competitive contract award, with an end date of Feb. 29, 2024.
- An identical $337,840 award for SAP enterprise maintenance and support for on-prem software, in a contract that started March 1. It was sold through Allied Network Solutions on a competitive contract award, with an end date of Feb. 29, 2024. This was under an SLP.
- $160,359 for “business corporate management and business intelligence consulting services,” in a contract that began Feb. 1 under a California Multiple Awards Schedule contract with Taborda Solutions. The contract runs through Jan. 31, 2023.
