
Sanguinetti has extensive experience in helping government agencies accelerate organizational change. He most recently served as a business development executive with VIP partner Accela, which provides cloud-based government software civic solutions for planning, building, licensing and permitting. Before joining Accela, he served with Oracle as executive sales representative for California state agencies in the areas of middleware, security, cloud, collaborative business process management technologies and business process solutions.
Before joining Oracle, Sanguinetti served in the U.S. Army, where he earned a Meritorious Service Medal. He served as a satellite communications expert in Iraq, as chief of satellite and line of site radio operations for the Afghan theater, and as operations manager of a Strategic Teleport Facility serving the president of the United States, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the National Security Agency and the U.S. armed forces.

Sanguinetti is a graduate of Golden State Baptist College, where he received his bachelor’s degree in pastoral theology.
