L.A. County Issues Multiple Hardware, Software Solicitations

Los Angeles County’s Internal Services Department has several open solicitations for IT goods and services that are set to close later this month.

The county is looking for a vendor to provide Dell computer hardware and software maintenance and support (RFB-IS-24201341). The contract is for a one-year term. The request for bid (RFB) stipulates that “hardware maintenance support must be provided directly by [the] original equipment manufacturer.” This RFB was originally posted June 7, and bids are due by 12 p.m. June 24. Another RFB (RFB-IS-24201324) seeks Dell Powerscale storage hardware, accessories, and service and training. This RFB was originally posted June 6, and bids are due by 12 p.m. June 20. The point of contact for this RFB is Sally Luu.  

An RFB (RFB-IS-24201310) has also been issued for a three-year license renewal for Cisco Digital Network Architecture (DNA) software. The RFB was originally posted June 4, and bids are due by 12 p.m. June 18. The point of contact for this solicitation is Roberto Zamorano.  

An RFB (RFB-IS-24201317) has been issued for Palo Alto networking hardware and Panorama firewall management software with three years of support services. The RFB was originally posted June 4, and bids are due by 12 p.m. June 18. The point of contact for this solicitation is Roberto Zamorano.
