Reilly has more than 20 years’ experience in the tech sector, having previously been affiliated with Informatica, VMware, Commvault, Angus-Hamer Networking, and Marketware Technologies before joining MuleSoft several months ago.

“With the state’s desire to be transparent and share data internally and with other departments and agencies, I felt it was a great opportunity to be a part of the transformation process,” Reilly told Techwire. “MuleSoft has fantastic solutions that can enable this transformation, both in the short term and for years to come. It’s also nice to be part of the Salesforce community and support the investments the state has made in the platform.”

Reilly’s broad experience includes sales, cloud platforms and services, data center, software and storage solutions. He said he wants to use his experience and his role with MuleSoft “to build a community around the solution and its capabilities.”

He said he also wants “to raise awareness that MuleSoft is not just an integration solution for the Salesforce platform, but can be used to integrate any data, software platform or application to help simplify and streamline their IT environments.”

Reilly attended San Diego State University and California State University, Sacramento, where he received his bachelor’s degree in political science and was in leadership of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. He’s also active in the community in Roseville, where he lives.
