NICE Names Firenze SLED Account Manager for Western States

Veteran technology sales executive Dennis Firenze has joined NICE Inc. as account manager serving state and local government and education in California, Washington and Oregon.

Firenze has deep background in technology sales, having most recently served as senior major account manager for Juniper Networks, focusing on hybrid cloud networking and serving state government agencies in California and Nevada. Before that, Firenze was major accounts manager for NetApp, working with state and local government and education agencies in California.

In addition to these roles, he’s also served as vice president of sales and marketing and global account manager for other companies, and he has a deep background in technologies including server, storage, security, networking and artificial intelligence.

“I have had much success in my career focused on customer needs in the SLED space, specifically in California and Nevada,” Firenze told Industry Insider — California. “With over 15 years’ experience and over $150 million in results, I am happy to join NICE to add to that success.”

Firenze is an alumnus of Sacramento State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration. He has also volunteered with Calvary Chapel Oceanside’s “Feeding the Hungry” program and with the Pregnancy Resource Center as a fundraiser.
