An office within the California Health and Human Services Agency (CHHS) is seeking price quotes from vendors for a new version of the iManage platform to replace an obsolete version that’s reached its end of life.
The request for quotes was issued Tuesday by CHHS’ Office of Technology and Solutions Integration (OTSI), and responses are due by March 11. The RFQ document states that the contractor chosen will provide iManage on-premises upgrade migration services and iManage training services. Key elements of the project include upgrading to Version 10 for 80 users, consolidating 18 databases into one, and ensuring metadata consistency.
“New virtual hardware will be provisioned for the production environment,” the RFQ says. “The contractor must provide integration configuration, testing support and develop a detailed go-live plan. Training for all iManage users and knowledge transfer to cloud support is required.”
The iManage suite includes email and document management, security and governance, risk and compliance, knowledge and search, legal transaction management and task and workflow management. OTSI’s current version of iManage is “an end-of-life version that will no longer be supported.”
To expedite the vendor question-and-answer process, vendor questions must be submitted by using the state’s Q&A template. Bidder questions must be received by 2 p.m. Tuesday. The deadline for submissions is 2 p.m. on March 11. The contact on this RFQ is Christina Lacy.
