Encrypted Managed Video Endpoint Solutions Submission Deadline (Extended): Thursday, November 29, 2012
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to to invite responses from qualified bidders to provide California Telehealth Network with a web based software tool to enable CTN health providers to conduct video conferencing sessions via a secure, encrypted connection utilizing any broadband connection. The primary use of the tool will be for video conferencing purposes to conduct physician to physician telemedicine consultations, multi-party video conferencing sessions and distance education/training sessions. The ideal solution should be simple and easy to use for the end point user, involve minimal set up, minimal up front capital costs and should be interoperable with the most prevalent video conferencing equipment platforms currently utilized in health care physician and behavior health provider locations today.
