Proposer shall meet ALL the following mandatory requirements to be declared responsive and be considered for further evaluation:
A. Proposer shall be a HP Certified to provide the services included in this solicitation at time of proposal submittal.
B. Proposer must have at least 2 years of experience in the development and delivery of HP Quality Center and HP Quick Test Professional Training within the SAP environment.
C. Proposer provided with proposal three (3) references of previous customized HP Quality Center and Quick Test Professional Training engagements within the SAP environment. This listing must include company name, contact, phone number, and /or email address. Two (2) engagement references may be used within the same company but all must be SAP focused.
D. Proposer must have and offer post-training support.
