Roseville Issues RFP for Agenda Management Software

The city of Roseville is looking for a vendor to supply “a comprehensive agenda management software solution.”

The solution will help to streamline the administrative process associated with the creation and management of the City Council agenda across all city departments.

“The primary focus lies in reducing procedural complexities, thereby minimizing the steps required to generate an agenda, while concurrently fostering greater engagement and participation during council meetings,” the RFP reads. “The overarching aim is to facilitate smooth operations, expedited decision-making processes, and ultimately elevate the overall productivity and functionality of the city’s administrative framework.”

The RFP was published July 10 and the deadline to submit proposals is 3 p.m. Aug. 21. The city’s bid page is here.
