Saavedra’s background includes selling to state and local government clients. In his new role, Saavedra directs a team of six covering California, Nevada, Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Utah and New Mexico.

Before joining ServiceNow, Saavedra was with Google, where he served state and local governments, focusing on Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace (formerly G-Suite), and Professional Services. Previously, he covered the state and local market for Oracle, moving from inside sales to field sales and then to managing the company’s team selling to California state government, Northern California cities and counties and the Pacific Northwest.
Saavedra, based in Sacramento, is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, with a bachelor’s degree in communications.
