Former Yahoo! executive Jim Fanella will serve as president of Sacramento-based cloud and hybrid hosting provider StrataScale, the company announced this week.
Fanella has served in key executive roles spanning over 25 years, including as vice president at Yahoo!, Navisite, Sun Microsystems and Computer Network Technologies and as managing principal for Unisys’ financial services consulting practice, according to the announcement.
Founded in 2007, StrataScale, Inc. provides access to a variety of public and private cloud servers, dedicated servers, co-location and hybrid hosting services, among other offerings. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of RagingWire Enterprise Solutions, Inc., also based in Sacramento.
