San Diego State University (SDSU) is requesting pricing to train University Computer Operations (UCO) Operating Systems Analysts (OSA) in VMware functionality. Training topics include: vSphere 5 and Virtual Center Updates, networking concepts, host profile, storage capabilities within vSphere, esx commands, patch management, management console redundancy, injecting and managing SQL scripts within vSphere, using Templates, best practices for installation, configuration, datastores, etc. and understanding snapshots. An offsite training location is required for up to 10 staff, 3 days of
training to be completed by June 30, 2012. This is an informal price request.
