Schneider Electric Names Industry Veteran Craig Russell to State Account Exec Role

Craig Russell, a 20-year veteran of public-sector technology, has been named strategic account executive by Schneider Electric, serving California state government and focusing on sustainability.

Russell’s experience includes representing technology firms such as Microsoft, Oracle, Lenovo and, most recently, SAP to California state agencies and departments.

He cites his long-term relationships with state executives and his understanding of state business operations, including deep knowledge of procurement contracts and procedures, to enhance Schneider Electric's already substantial business with the state of California.

Russell lives in El Dorado Hills and has two adult children, Nolan and Hailey. His two main passions are L.A. Lakers basketball and live music, particularly bluegrass and jam bands.

Russell is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a Bachelor of Science in information and computer science.
