As part of the company’s Global Public and Social Impact Health and Human Services Leadership team, Flot will focus on working with states to improve access to benefits through innovative, sustainable delivery models.

“Anthony is practical, bold and deeply committed to reshaping what’s possible in Medicaid and integrated eligibility,” said Andrea Danes, global leader for health and human services at Slalom, in an announcement. “His vision directly supports our belief that states should be empowered to build, modernize and own the systems that serve their residents.”

Flot comes to the company with more than two-and-a-half decades of public and private IT leadership experience. Prior to joining Slalom, Flot served in multiple C-suite roles within the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System, and before that, spent nearly 15 years with JPMorgan Chase & Co. managing IT operations.
