The Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino, is looking for a vendor to replace its 20-year-old Jury Management System.
The existing web-based system was originally developed in-house, and the court would like to see a new system that enables paperless features wherever possible, the request for proposal reads.
The court handles a range of judicial responsibilities that include civil, criminal, family, probate, juvenile and traffic matters.
The deadline for questions is 3 p.m. July 11. Proposals must be submitted before 3 p.m. July 25.
Procurement officials expect to have a vendor award announced by Sept. 2. The contract for this project is expected to be three years, beginning in October 2025.
