Assembly Budget Subcommittee 4, chaired by Assemblymember Joan Buchanan, has rescheduled its hearing that will informally discuss the Technology Agency reorganization plan for May 1 at 1:30 in the State Capitol Room 437, according to subcommittee staff.
Originally the subcommittee hearing was scheduled for April 24 to discuss the Technology Agency plan and the Financial System for California, also known as the Fi$CAL project.
The Little Hoover Commission is scheduled to meet Tuesday and will also review Governor Brown’s reorganization plan, which would eliminate the California Technology Agency and make it a department under a new Government Operations Agency.
The commission will meet Tuesday, April 24 at 9 a.m. in the Employment Development Department Auditorium located at 722 Capitol Mall in Sacramento. Technology Agency Secretary Carlos Ramos, TechAmerica Vice President Carol Henton, Techleader TV Host and former State CIO John Thomas Flynn and other invited stakeholders are scheduled to testify after noon, according to the agenda.
