A redesigned website and a new content management system aren’t the only milestones this year for Techwire.
June 4 marked the first year of publication for Techwire One-on-One. That’s our regular standing feature in which we turn the microphone over to state and local government IT and cybersecurity leaders to hear their key accomplishments, upcoming and ongoing projects, views on procurement, and hobbies – to the extent that some of the busiest C-suite occupants and agency chiefs have free time.
To celebrate and to preserve the series, we’ve compiled every single one of those features, all 53 as of this writing, under one tag. Search Techwire One-on-One on our website (or click the link) and you’ll be connected to a plethora of use cases that have been accomplished, are underway and in development, plus takeaways and lessons learned from technology heads around California.
At the state level, that includes the California Department of Motor Vehicles, the California Department of Technology, the California Health and Human Services Agency, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and the Governor’s Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz). Local governments the series has featured include Los Angeles County, Alameda-Contra Costa Transit, the city of San Diego and the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California.
You’ll continue to read the latest from state and local IT leaders in Techwire One-on-One just about every week – and if there’s a chief information officer, chief information security officer, agency information officer, agency information security officer, innovation leader or chief technology officer who you think should be a part of this series, don’t hesitate to reach out.
