According to the State Contract and Procurement Registration System, those five purchases occurred between July 1 and Sept. 30 and totaled $2,362,085 (with rounding). They were:
- $757,170 for information security outreach assessment services from Ernst & Young, in a Sept. 28 contract running from Oct. 1 through Sept. 30, 2024. This was an IT Master Services Agreement.
- $516,496 for a telecom refresh for Yolo County Superior Court, in a Sept. 15 competitively bid contract with NWN Corp.
- $389,455 for a San Bernardino County video surveillance system replacement and upgrade in an Aug. 9 competitively bid contract with ASSI Security.
- $376,886 for a video surveillance upgrade and replacement in Marin County, in a Sept. 6 competitively bid contract with Integrated Security Controls Inc.
- $322,078 for “Gartner for Tech Professionals,” in a Sept. 15 competitively bid contract for services running from Oct. 1 through Sept. 30, 2024.
