A large state agency that’s part of the justice system spent just under $9 million on its five largest purchases of IT goods during the last quarter of 2022.
From Oct. 1 through Dec. 31, according to the State Contracting and Procurement Registration System, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) spent $8,889,683 in its five biggest buys of IT goods. Those purchases were:

From Oct. 1 through Dec. 31, according to the State Contracting and Procurement Registration System, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) spent $8,889,683 in its five biggest buys of IT goods. Those purchases were:
- $2,774,212 for computer equipment and accessories in a Nov. 9 statewide contract with PC Specialists Inc.
- $1,882,371 for switching hardware in a Dec. 23 statewide contract with Presidio Networked Solutions Group.
- $1,594,200 for a hyperautomation bundle in an Oct. 31 Software Licensing Program (SLP) contract with Trinity Technology Group Inc.
- $1,343,178 for Oracle Business Intelligence Suite Enterprise Edition Plus in a Nov. 16 SLP contract with Taborda Solutions Inc.
- $1,295,722 for system management software in a Dec. 20 SLP contract with Allied Network Solutions.
