In all, the five largest buys of IT goods from April 1 to June 30 totaled $1,362,999 (with rounding) and included:
- $586,325 for “Nutanix HW NX-8235-G8 appliance (2 nodes) with (2) Intel 6342 CPUs Part #NX-8235N-G8-6342-CM,” purchased June 1 from Roundstone Solutions Inc. on a statewide contract.
- $251,272 for “Learning Platform Included in base platform: E-learning, Evaluations, Test engine, ILT, Curriculum Player, Materials Management Price per Active User/Year,” in a three-year contract that expires June 28, 2026, with Global Blue DVBE Inc. under the Software Licensing Program (SLP).
- $236,789 for notebook computers (HP 650 G9 i5 8GB 256SSD Standard NB) in a June 7 contract with NWN Solutions Corp. under a statewide contract.
- $195,708, also for notebook computers (HP 650 G9 i5 8GB 256SSD Standard NB), in a June 7 contract with NWN Solutions Corp. under a statewide contract.
- $92,905 for a one-year license for “Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for enterprise, 1 User, Large Government Agencies,” in a May 15 SLP contract with Allied Network Solutions Inc.
The $1,362,999 spend for IT goods in Q2 was less than that of the first quarter, when the department spent $4,860,474 on its five most expensive such buys, the majority of which were multiyear contracts.
