Tracking the Spend: Judicial Branch’s Five Largest Contracts for Q1

According to the State Contracting and Procurement Registration System, the Judicial Branch spent $1,121,490 on its five largest contracts for IT services from Jan. 1 through March 31.

The California Judicial Branch, the nation’s largest state justice system, with more than 2,000 judicial officers and more than 18,000 court workers, spent just over $1 million on its five largest purchases of IT services in the first quarter of this year.

According to the State Contracting and Procurement Registration System, the Judicial Branch spent $1,121,490 on its five largest contracts from Jan. 1 through March 31. They were:

  • $247,000 for “Mono Group ISD22014-01 4/3/23 to 3/31/23 Ande IT Developer Lead – Peoplesoft,” in a March 26 contract that runs through March 31, 2024. It was awarded to Mono Group Inc.
  • $229,080 for “SMC ISD22011-01 12/28/22 to 12/31/23 Dalia - Senior Tech Analyst,” in a Jan. 3 contract that runs through Dec. 31. It was with Software Management Consultants Inc.
  • $228,160 for “SMCI ISD22012-01 3/1/23 to 2/29/24 McGarrigle IT PM Web,” in a March 1 contract that runs through Feb. 28, 2024, also with Software Management Consultants Inc.
  • $217,855 for “FOCUS 2021246, AT&T. ATTSC, ATTNC, ATTNC, ATTPM, ATTST. PM Services_New El Centro CH_TRK 01,” in a Feb. 8 contract with AT&T Corp.
  • $199,395 for “AT&T PM Services_Glenn Willows (Non Taxable)_Replaces PO 18296_Corrected PO SID_TRK 01,” in a March 23 contract, also with AT&T Corp.
