According to the State Contracting and Procurement Registration System, CDPH spent $8,599,425 on its five largest purchases of IT services from July 1 through Sept. 30. During the second quarter, the department spent $7,229,148 on corresponding purchases.
During the third quarter, CDPH’s five largest IT services contracts were:
- $3,715,419 for “Planning Initiatives for Future of Public Health” in an Aug. 31 master agreement with Gartner Inc.
- $2,920,420 for Esri software, maintenance and support services for Year 1 of a contract running from Aug. 25 through Aug. 24, 2026, in a competitively bid contract with Optm
- $1,207,680 for a Genetic Disease Screening Program information system, maintenance and operations, in a non-competitively bid contract running from July 1 through June 30, 2026, with Mosaic Data Solutions
- $691,740 for a client billing management system, in a non-competitively bid contract running from July 1 through June 30, 2026, with Sutherland Healthcare Solutions Inc.
- $64,166 for Year 1 of NC4 Risk Center (incident alert system) in a non-competitively bid contract running from Sept. 7, 2023, through Sept. 14, 2026, with Everbridge Inc.
