Alpha project leader
Angelica B. Quirarte
, assistant secretary for digital engagement for the
California Government Operations Agency
(GovOps), talked with
Techwire
about the ongoing
alpha.ca.gov
sprint to transform the
state website
— and how that’s influenced by resident needs.
Most people use search engines, and one reason is because government websites can be cumbersome, Quirarte said. The Alpha project, which began in December, is now about 10 weeks along.
