VIP Offering Women in Technology Scholarships

Folsom-based Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP) is offering scholarships to college bound-women who are pursuing a career in computer science, information technology, management information systems, or other related fields.

VIP’s annual Women in Technology Scholarship (WITS) program offers support for women who are attending or planning to attend a two- or four-year college.   VIP awards multiple scholarships of up to $2,500 per recipient. Candidates are evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Academic performance
• Community involvement
• Extracurricular activities
• Leadership qualities
• Career path
• Essay response
