Looking to hire a full time Technical Recruiter for Public Sector marketplace

Technical Recruiter:

 

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for conducting full life-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidate offers for various levels of Technology Project roles.

Responsibilities

·      Partner with hiring managers to fill technology roles for public sector unit within the organization

  • Source potential candidates by using various methods such as social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs
  • Build and manage pipelines with various requirements from different functions like IT and Software development environments.

·      Utilize industry-wide recruitment technologies, systems, and tools to quickly identify and present top technical talent

·      Sourcing and screening of potential IT candidates for contract, and permanent openings.

·      Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on company process.

·      Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills as it relates to I.T and software development environments.

·      Determine internet online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates

·      Manage automated resume and applicant tracking systems

·      Maintain data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hires

 

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·      Experience with industry standard Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), web-based sourcing tools and technologies, and a solid understanding of talent acquisition best practices and processes

·      Demonstrated knowledge of current recruiting technologies and trends, with the ability to research and learn new technologies and concepts quickly

·      Experience with advanced sourcing and search techniques with a strong ability to identify and recommend top technical talent

·      High degree of accountability and personal responsibility to own and drive recruiting results

 

Available Shift: Full Time

Compensation: Depends on Experience
