Hiring Business System Analyst

Minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience applying analytical processes on IT projects. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in business systems analysis and design.Minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience within the last four (4) years analyzing systems requirements, including data analysis, functional and process requirements, and documenting system specifications and designsMinimum of three (3) years of FTE experience within the last four (4) years providing help desk technical support to users in the use of information system applications, including troubleshooting of problems encountered in system use, password resets, browser configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing and escalation.Minimum of three (3) years of FTE experience within the last four (4) years documenting technical information systems functions for both technical and end-user audiences, including creating user manuals and administration guides.Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
