• Proactive Support via Agentic AI: Xerox utilizes an Agentic AI chatbot to provide immediate, autonomous support for print-related issues, ensuring technical resolutions are handled with speed and precision while keeping all customer data and identity fully secure.

Technology has become the cornerstone for integrating business automation and CRM systems. Xerox platforms support the daily operations of California’s agencies by providing secure, Single Sign-On (SSO) access to essential cloud connectors like Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and Google Drive.

For home workers, our VersaLink® devices and Workplace Cloud ensure that documents remain protected beyond the enterprise firewall through print stream encryption and auditable tracking.
