Randall Duart and his partner, Steve Williamson founded the firm in 1999 in the metropolitan Sacramento area and proceeded to build out a firm and staff that excelled in working with large and small departments on system integration projects.
In May of 2024, Steve officially retired from Trinity Technology Group and now fills his time with travel, numerous public causes and as he says, being a ‘modern day elder’. Within the last year as sole owner, Randy has worked to refine TrinityTG’s business strategy and leverage the accomplished staff and work the firm has done to align to current State of California priorities.

The primary focus of the firm has been with serving public-sector entities, primarily state of California departments, TrinityTG has also delivered solutions in other states, and at the municipal level and worked with a few, key private sector companies in specialized areas. Randall Duart has a history of working as an Enterprise Architect for large organizations such as CalPERS from 1999-2013 and currently CA-MMIS since 2014.
