Your Mission as a SLED Sales Executive

As a SLED Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding UiPath’s presence in California’s State and Local Government and Education sectors. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their automation journey and helping them streamline operations by eliminating repetitive tasks.

This role requires a strategic, high-energy sales leader who can build strong client relationships, balance the growth of existing customers with prospecting new opportunities, and drive significant revenue growth in the California public sector market.

What You'll Do at UiPath:

✔ Develop & Execute Sales Strategies: Analyze market potential and craft a plan to maximize revenue.
✔ Drive New Business: Achieve sales targets through direct and channel-based selling.
✔ Be a Trusted Advisor: Educate customers on how automation can optimize their operations.
✔ Strengthen Partnerships: Work closely with global system integrators and local partners to drive customer success.
✔ Ensure Customer Success: Collaborate with UiPath’s Customer Success Managers to maximize client value.
✔ Stay Competitive: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

✅ 5+ years of software sales experience
✅ 2+ years of experience selling to California State and Local Government (required)
✅ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing client portfolios
✅ Ability to simplify complex concepts and convey a compelling value proposition
✅ Strong relationship-building skills across multiple levels of leadership
✅ Proficiency in data-driven account planning and consultative selling
✅ Bachelor’s degree preferred
✅ Willingness to travel (~50%)
