As of date, Twilio for Public Sector has served customers across North America including State & Local, Federal and Higher education verticals. The Department of Veterans Affairs, New York City, the State of Illinois, the city of Pittsburgh, Washington State University and the University of Michigan are among Twilio’s roster of valued customers. Through the pandemic, Twilio helped 324M people access trusted vaccine and COVID-19 communications through Twilio products and funding. Additionally, 1,270 organizations used Twilio to power vaccine-related communications.
