Since implementing an artificial intelligence-based navigation assistant chatbot on the Eleventh Judicial Circuit’s website, users have been able to submit multilingual requests, significantly increasing access to services.
The legislature and a judicial circuit are seeking candidates to lead IT operations, overseeing planning, development and implementation of technology.
