Alvin Community College (ACC) is looking to contract a vendor for a complete website redesign.

According to a request for proposals (RFP), ACC currently serves about 6,000 students in Brazoria County. The college district plans to expand with a new campus in Manvel early this year.

The redesigned website must be tailored to current and prospective students by prioritizing marketing and recruiting while providing easily accessible information. The website must also be built with a mobile-first design that is both accessible and inclusive.

The site’s information architecture must be scalable and incorporate online engagement tools, such as interactive content, multimedia and social media.

Prospective vendors must use ACC’s current content management system, Modern Campus CMS.

More detailed information about RFP No. 25-061, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. Questions can be submitted until 12 p.m. Feb. 10. The due date for proposal submissions is 10 a.m. Feb. 20. Alan Phillips is the point of contact for this solicitation.
