Attorney General's Office Seeks Service of Process Tech Info

Vendors who can provide information regarding new technologies related to national, international, state and regional service coverage are encouraged to respond.

The Child Support Division (CSD) of the Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is looking to award multiple contracts to service of process (SoP) vendors capable of providing technology solutions that will improve the division’s service capabilities.

According to a request for information (RFI) released by the OAG, the CSD’s current contractor provides statewide, national and international private SoP.

OAG CSD’s contractor provides private process servers, customer service, SoP document filing with district clerks, litigation support and a technical solution that transfers data electronically between OAG CSD and the vendor.

Vendors who can provide information regarding new technologies related to national, international, state and regional service coverage are encouraged to respond.
