Brazosport College, a public community college in Brazoria County, is searching for a payroll and human resources information system (HRIS) with automation capabilities.

According to the college’s request for proposals (RFP), Brazosport College requires a system to process both monthly and biweekly payrolls for about 312 full-time and 324 part-time employees.

Requested system capabilities include benefits management, applicant tracking, employee onboarding, performance management, time-off accrual management and mobile platform capabilities.

The system must be integrable with external agency platforms and the college’s own internal platforms.
