The Cameron County Regional Mobility Authority (CCRMA) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for financial management and accounting software.

The mobility authority requires a cloud-based, turnkey application with added human resources functionality. The CCRMA’s current financial software environment uses Abila/MIP and CheckMark.

According to the RFP, the CCRMA operates on an accrual basis and largely tracks finance-related workflows on paper or in Excel spreadsheets. The requested solution should help the mobility authority transfer its workflows to a digital system with automated service delivery.

At a minimum, the solution must support payroll, accounts receivable, purchase orders, fixed assets, multiple users in a single module, full integration between modules, support services, audit trail tracking, budget generation and more.

More detailed information about RFP2025-002, including all submission requirements and requests, can be found online. Questions are due at 5 p.m. May 30. The deadline for proposals is 3 p.m. June 12. Pete Sepulveda Jr. is the point of contact for this RFP.
