City of Denton Requests Comprehensive Compensation Platform

The city is seeking a cloud-based system that will help attract talent while supporting its 2,000-plus employees.

The city of Denton is seeking a cloud-based compensation management system for more than 2,000 employees while supporting the city’s compensation philosophy.

According to a request for proposals (RFP), the city employs 2,051 employees at five different pay plans.

The desired platform will include the following functions: compensation planning modeling, benchmarking tools, survey tools, pay structure configuration, a user-friendly dashboard, custom report generation, job description management, mobile access, historical data analysis, market data integration, an employee self-service portal and more.

The city has also requested regular software updates, training, support services and workflow automation for approvals and notifications.
